The Mission Command Assessment Team (MCAT) has the flexibility, and ability to recognize individual Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) C4 needs. This was a key factor in the improvement of signal readiness across the Army Reserve. The MCAT’s commitment to excellence and mission accomplishment was evidenced by the creation of a unit tracker that creates a Common Operational Picture to understand the C4 needs of each MSC. This enabled the teams to address each units’ individual needs. The MCATs created SOPs and checklists revised every quarter, to ensure the team and MSC’s were utilizing the latest regulations to ensure compliance with all new requirements. The OSI Contractor MCATs embody the highest standards of regulation, loyalty, integrity, and personal behavior, continuously.
